I was so impressed that I immediately called their hotline to tell them what a good job they're doing. The poor guy I got on the phone didn't know what to say in response. He just kept asking "right... is there anything I can help you with though?" Some people don't know how to take a compliment. I love my bank and recommend it frequently to friends who are looking to change... which, I'm sure, was the bank's highest hope in creating such a kick-ass feature.
